1. For repair or reproofing services, all rugs must be clean as the dirt damages our sewing machines. If a rug is too dirty for repair, it will be washed and an additional amount for the washing will be charged. 2. To drop off your rug, please make sure to place it in a bag and write your name and phone number clearly on the outside of the bag. This will help us to identify your rug and ensure that it is properly processed. 3. If you drop off your rug at a location other than Murrumbateman, you will be charged a transport fee. If you fail to drop off your rug by the date specified on the form, you will forfeit the delivery fee. If you need to change the date you plan to drop off your rug, please contact us at least 24 hours before to avoid any additional delivery fee being charged. 4. Once your rug is completed, we will send you an invoice via email. Please note that all rugs must be paid for and collected within 2 weeks of completion of the repairs. If you fail to do so, a storage fee of $5 per week will be charged until the rug is collected. 5. The deposit paid for rug repairs when you fill in the service request form is not refundable. 6. Once you have paid the invoice, your rug will be returned to the original drop off point for you to collect. If you would like it to be delivered to a different location, please put this in the notes or contact us. For locations other than Murrumbateman, you will receive a text message to say when it is ready to be collected. It is important to collect your rug within one week of it being dropped off, otherwise there may be additional fees or storage charges. 7. Hair must be removed from rugs and other items before washing. Rugs and items covered in hair will be charged a minimum of $15 for hair removal. 8. While we will take every precaution to ensure the safety of your rug, we cannot assume responsibility for any additional damage or shrinkage that may occur during washing, particularly for rugs that are already torn.
